Ordering Collection forms

On the Regional Server in a folder called "Documents" you will find a "template" for ordering collection forms. The Ordering_Collection_Forms1.xlt template works the same way as the timecards.

Please use it when ordering any forms from Main Database office. Form can be email to Pagasa the same way as timecard.--TOstryzniuk 19:06, 24 August 2010 (CDT)
