Patient List

The Patient List is a form in access on the laptop which lists all patients in CCMDB.mdb. Patient List is not the same as the Data collection log form.

To access the patient list in ccmdb.mdb, click the Patient List button on the Main Form.

To view a patient on this list, click the View button before that patient.

You can not edit patient information in the patient list itself because these edits would not be subject to our internal integrity checks.
