Template:DiscussionTemplate:DiscussionTemplate:Potential Change
Tina, Allan provided me with a list of changes for pharmacy collection. I have made required changes in table below. The reduction are these: number of drugs counted daily further reduce to 7 categories from 20. 9 daily counted drugs groups moved to Yes and NO, 4 daily counted drug groups eliminated. 5 Yes and No drug groups eliminated. I have put this at top priority task list.--Trish Ostryzniuk 21:56, 2013 February 27 (EST)
Major pharmacy list change Jan 1.2012. Further adjustments done to drug collected has been implemented in September 2012. Tina will be rolling out this change to ccmdb.mdb on Sept 25.12. Trish Ostryzniuk 20:03, 2012 September 20 (CDT)
see Pharmacy collection for collection instructions
The drugs in brackets () are the brand names. Some of the brand names are included. If collectors or other program members come across any other brand names that are commonly used, please add them to the chart below.
If you print this list and make annotations to it please consider putting the annotations on the wiki so that we can all benefit from them.
If drug is not listed in the category then it means it is not collected, just ensure that you have the updated list from the wiki for the brand names as a few have been added since going live.
