Start Date: September 16, 2013

The Lennox Bell Project is for discharged patients from HSC med wards to Lennox Bell Lodge. These are not patients on hospital hold but are individuals that need interim housing for a short period of time.

Collectors will code as discharged to HSC Lennox Bell in CCMDB.mdb
The discharge location will show as HB in TMSX
