Missing information again
Feb 24.14 Tina's version - this version on X, is not displaying: Admit from, discharge to, hospital previous and patient type when looking at individual patient file from front end. Main office will use Feb 20th version,which this was not a problem. Will wait for next update of front end.Trish Ostryzniuk 19:04, 2014 February 24 (CST)
Please fix SPEED

- Edits: change VBA from executing queries to making tables. Brad
ensure s_alldiagnoses part of re-linking

generate unique identifiers for child tables
adding records fails becaus the *_id is not autogenerated.
- Editing DX: when adding complication code, example, HAP, would go into registry screen but would not allow to save, hanging program and could not close. Getting some Index or primary key cannot contain a NULL value, something or other message. Email sent to you Feb 20 with picture. Brad was here and may be able to explain.
