TASKS.mdb used to contain the Task items , now stored in Centralized_data.mdb.

TASKS.mdb is an Access database in the Output folder on the Regional Server which stores Task items collected by the Medicine Program.

Data Output Generation

The data in this file is generated by two queries in the CCMDB.mdb that take 5 lines of task data from L_Dxs and translate it into one line of data in Tasks.mdb.

Backup

• Task.mdb is backed up by a Batch File.

1. Outputbackup.bat - to data processor "C" drive.
2. DataTwisterMDBtoSANS.bat - to share point on X:\.

Data Processing

The Data Processor cleans up the table tasks_master (not tasks). (as per PTorres 09:46, 2013 November 19 (CST))

Data use

The Statistician includes this in the Quarterly report and the Annual report for individual medicine units in the Region.

File name changed from Tasks.mdb to tasks_1.mdb Sept 23 09 to fix a bug. Ttenbergen 09:33, 24 September 2009 (CDT)
