      • hi I have a question a pt comes in with seizures related to their dilantin being decreased by the physician. Their levels are markedly subtherapeutic and that is why the had a seizure. .If we code polypharmacy as 499-21 how do we code underdosing. or is this something we dont need to catch. Yet it is caused by the doctor iatrogenic ?I coded as seizure other
