ABG Helper button

The ABG Helper button on the APACHE tab of the Patient Viewer in the CCMDB.mdb opens the ABG Helper form. In this form you can enter any Apache-eligible ABGs you find for a patient. The form will automatically calculate the AaDO2 value and associated Apache score for the entered ABG. Clicking on the "pick" button will enter the chosen values into the ABG fields in the viewer form.
