Validation against Patient Registry Data

The Critical Care and Medicine Database tries to match all records against the Provincial Patient Registry.

This significantly improves our matching of patients from one stay to another. It also improves utility of our data once de-identified and sent to MCHP.

We used to follow the described in Crosschecking data with Manitoba Health but it is currently broken. We are working on a new one.
