Parameter 1, 2, 3 - DX identifier

• 1 - Organ System
• 2 - Main Diagnosis
• 3 - Subdiagnosis
• 4 - diagnosis code

Paremeter 5: Program

Possible values for Program are "Medicine", "Critical Care" or "Critical Care and Medicine".

Parameter 6 - status

Possible values for Status are "Currently Collected" or "Legacy".

Parameter 7, 8 - start and stop date

• 7 - start date
• 8 - stop date
