Some people have complained about eye strain, and some people have found blue light filter screens applied to the screen helpful. Evidence is limited, but Windows 10 actually has a setting to reduce blue light.
To access/change the blue light setting:
- click the Window’s button in the bottom left corner
- type (just start typing) night light then click on the night light option
- adjust the slider to the red to reduce blue
This seems to also make the screen a bit more "blinky", though. Try it if you want.
