Blue light filter

Some people have complained about eye strain, and some people have found blue light filter screens applied to the screen helpful. Evidence is limited, but Windows 10 actually has a setting to reduce blue light.

To access/change the blue light setting:

  1. click the Window’s button in the bottom left corner
  2. type (just start typing) night light then click on the night light option
  3. adjust the slider to the red to reduce blue

This seems to also make the screen a bit more "blinky", though. Try it if you want.
