The Data to local.bat batch file will copy the most recent ccmdb_data.mdb
- from the data directory on the regional server from which it is run
- to the laptop from which it is run
see CCMDB_data.mdb restore from Regional Server

2020-03-01 - updated so same file can work in all data directories by using %~dp0 as source directory
