A executable program in the Critical Care and Medicine database program. It allow user to print a list of client database number, name, chart number, PHIN, site, location, admit & discharge date and time.

• some uses: for audits, HSC pharmacy for collection of HSC pharmacy, lab downloading and TISS (entering database study number onforms before scanning).
