PCH data dump
We are hoping to get PCH (Personal Care Home) admission data from the Decision Support Services team (was Anne Hakansson's group, now Kaley Miller).
We made a spot to store it but data never became consistent so we don't have a process to put it there:

- 2021-02-12 to some degreee the conversation continues; this would be trivial from a data perspective now since we could add it to the Cognos EPR Report, but data sharing agreements and governance are holding it up
- 2015ish - there are some data dumps from 2014, 2015...
- 2015-06-earlier - still no data last I heard. Think this is in Julie's court...
- 2014-12-17 - in progress - Julie reviewing stuff and finding inconsistencies - Date of death as an example. Pagasa to do random check with EPR. Julie to meet with Allan first then connect with Tina.
- 2015-03-04/5 - Dan Roberts sent email. Further communications continued in regards to this see emails from Julie: March 4 & 5.15 (Nathan Hoeppner)
