Query Mgmt EFT edit

The Query Mgmt EFT edit is a view of Mgmt EFTs table that provides a sensible default sort, and the ability to filter, to more easily edit that table.

It is used together with other Mgmt queries and the knowledge about the current state of staffing levels and leaves to get an idea about our workflow.
