Query Mgmt EFT total

The query Mgmt_EFT_total combines Mgmt_EFTs table and Mgmt_months table to give a running list of EFT availability.

It can list or graph this over time at either a per-unit, site or program level.

It is used together with other Mgmt queries and the knowledge about the current state of staffing levels and leaves to get an idea about our workflow.
