The RR field is used to collect a patient's respiratory rate.
The unit used is breaths per minute.
Select the the value which gives you the highest score regardless of whether a patient is ventilated or not.
Refer to General Collection Guidelines for Apache II#When to collect, which value to use for how and when to collect this.
