Salesforce UAT Issues

User Acceptance testing of the new Salesforce platform, began Sept 18,2023 and will last 3 weeks in total.
The following collectors were involved in UAT
- Michelle Lagadi- data collector
- Joyce Peterson- data collector
- Joanna Velasco- data collector
- Brynn Lezak - Data collector, minimum access user, and power user
- Lisa Kaita- Data collector, minimum access user, and power user

Feedback/concerns should be documented on each collector's test script as well as transcribed here.

each day for the 3 week duration there is TEAMS meeting set with Daniel between 1400-1500 for questions

Concerns/Issues/Questions

The default time for all entries (CCI, ICD, comorbid, TISS) requiring a date and time, should be 0:00
Reviewing multi factor authentication-currently requires app on mobile phone, would prefer an email
each collector at a site should have access/rights to all work buckets at their site
under Timing information in temporary ADT we need to define the date and time fields and how they relate to what we currently collect ie. which is the first service date and time field, which is the visit admit date and time field
the collection mode is not properly displayed for all CCI entries and isn't correct ie. for HD it is each but should be first Lisa Kaita 09:53, 2023 September 19 (CDT)
need to add an option for no CCI performed in the CCI picklist
admit diagnosis and CCI do not require a date and time entry, please remove from error check in SF
have a collector be able to see all workbuckets at their site
change to collector assignments to collect both ICU and medicine for the same 2 digit chart endings
ensure that the fields for unit/service changes are mapped correctly from COGNOS in to the temporary ADT List
