NOTE: With work rotation in place staff now know in advance if they are scheduled on a stat day or not. If you are scheduled to work on a stat day when the office is closed, please refer to MNU Collective Agreements article 3412 on process to request a reschedule.
- Minimal, two weeks before the start of a 4 week rotation in which the stat falls, you must request a reschedule if you want main office to consider accommodating a change. If staff do not make this request in advance as per collective agreement then shift will automatically be an unpaid day.
