• Overall, on a scale of 0-100( 0=horrible, meaning either not being completed at all, or completed but always extremely inaccurate; 100=wonderful, meaning always completed and always accurate), how well would you rate TISS28 form completion by the bedside nurses in your unit?

STB MICU

90% with accuracy and completion. I do need to fix and complete some missed items which is not a big deal. I think the information is valuable and worth the effort.--LKolesar 07:31, 2013 November 7 (CST)

• a. Taking into consideration both the frequency of completion and the accuracy of completion of TISS forms by the bedside nurses in your unit, would having the bedside nurses STOP prefilling them lead to you spending MORE, LESS or THE SAME amount of time as you currently spend on doing TISS28?
• b.) How about after vacation without coverage in your unit?
