This template manages the storage of the Charlson components on the wiki. It is used only on the page Charlson Comorbidities in ICD10 codes, but there repeatedly. Charlson Comorbidities in ICD10 codes also contains a semantic query to list the data generated by this template.
To use:

The list should usually be populated directly from the S ICD10 Charlson Comorbids query in CCMDB.accdb to ensure consistency with that dataset.
