EPR on W10
On W10 there is no desktop shortcut for EPR, you have to open Citrix from the task bar. See EPR for details.
Reboots
Sometimes when you try to shut down a W10 laptop, it instead reboots. The problem is known to eHealth. Since there should not be any negative outcomes from this, we decided to leave it like that for now. So, if your computer is on in the morning, and you are sure you shut it down the night before, this is likely what happened.
