Any patient who arrives on ICU from Med or another ICU with a [[#Cardiac Arrest]] dx should have one in their Med or ICU record also.

== Definition ==
For any patient who 
* is admitted to the CC program and 
* has a [[#Cardiac Arrest]] as [[Primary Admit Diagnosis]] and 
* [[Previous Location]] is a ward or medical ICU where we collect from [[#Med/ICU]]
the most recently previous Med or ICU admission record should 
* have a [[#Cardiac Arrest]] as either [[Admit Diagnosis]] or [[Acquired Diagnosis]]
