We do not collect this

The WRHA had special screening and contact precaution protocols in place for patients who are VRE or ESBL or MRO colonized until early 2016. We tracked this colonization for them. When the special protocols were stopped we stopped collecting it.


In future, only code pathogens VRE or ESBL or MRO with Infection if causing symptoms.
