This utility sifts for entry errors in admission, acquired or comorbid diagnosis codes.  Currently only way to have diagnosis code errors make it into the master Critical Care or Medicine data base is if there is a error in [[S_AllDiagnoses]] in [[CCMDB.mdb]] or if data processor had made a manual edit in main database.
