Wiki Backups are done by Tina every 2 months and stored at X:\wiki_backups

* log into [http://www.bluebirdnet.ca/control-panel.html Control Panel]
* backup files
** Account Management -> Create/Restore Backups
** download the file to Y:\wikis\backups
** delete the file on the server, we don't have space for it there
* backup database
** Domain Management -> MySQL Management
** Right-click "Download", "Save Link as" for each Database, save in X:\wiki_backups
*** neurohsc_mw1 = neuro
*** neurohsc_mw2 = ccmdb
*** neurohsc_mw3 = sleep
