  1. Those living within Manitoba, go here for information on how to obtain the AARC.
  2. Those living outside of Manitoba in Canada: Provinces may create their own registries however Canada does not have a National registry.
  3. Those living outside of Canada: a Google internet search revealed they don't seem to exist.
