== How will this be coded in ICD10? ==
{{discussion}}{{ICD10|needs review}}
* What should we code for this in ICD10? I have found several different codes that are sort of similar, eg. Delirium, not due to drugs or alcohol,  delusional disorder,  psychosis/psychotic disorder, NOS, acute or chronic. Should this be combined with Iatrogenic, complication of medical or surgical care NOS? How will Julie search delirium for Quality control? (Lois)
** Flagging this question for Allan. Allan, if we do cross-checks between dx and [[CAM positive (TISS Item)]], then what would the new DX for this be? Ttenbergen 11:05, 2017 December 21 (CST)
