== Collection change plan for admission continuing over transition date ==
Any patient that is still on collection unit will be followed until discharged from that unit as change will not happen in a day. 
 
For the first new admission to N5C or S5C after [[#transition time]], [[Serial number]] will [[Serial_number#Special-Use_Serial_Numbers|start at]] 150.
