* for our purpose the definition of [[Urosepsis]] is: septicemia/bacteremia resulting from urinary tract infection.

*Yes it seems that Doc's use the DX of urosepsis when referring the localized bladder infection.
** I should have clarified better of course I am not using the old book what I wanted to say is the old book had urosepsis the new book omitted urosepsis Our confusion here at the Vic started when you used the code 51 and called it urosepsis and in the new code book code51 is only cystitis.
