The Microsoft Teams app provides videoconferencing, chat functionality and more. It's installed on our laptops by default.
We have a team named "CCMDB" set up, all collectors are part of the team.
If you are not logged into Teams with your Shared Health account you will be listed as a "guest" and someone will have to admit you from the "lobby" to the meeting. If that doesn't happen, call the organizer on the phone to remind them. If you consistently show up as "guest" at internal meetings and need to be admitted, contact the service desk and ask them to fix the teams setup on your laptop.
There is a "Teams Chat" button in the Main Form you can use to start a chat with the team to ask questions.
