As part of Communication for the CCMDB on this wiki we usually put details about changes we make on the pages that describe the thing we are changing. Sometimes a change affects multiple concepts, and we need a place to integrate the information. When that happens we create change explainer pages that provide the timing and implications of changes, and then only link to those pages from the individual concept pages. When the change is complete, these pages should be in a state where they can inform the processing of legacy data. Also see Data Meaning Layer.
