4. TISS28 IMPORT to access - problem reported by Pagasa to Fred Tues Feb 12.13.

5. Sent Report - (this is a list of names of patient in sent batch) - we will eliminate this extra burden of data collection work process once Batch send number is automated by Tina in ccmdb.
