The Autopsy field was used in [[TMSX]] to store whether a deceased patient had an autopsy. At the collection end this was actually coded as part of the [[Survive / Expired]] to prevent the unfortunate combination survive - autopsy. Collection ceased for good in the fall 2010

We used to review autopsy reports for deceased patients. Initially the existing diagnoses were updated with findings from the autopsy report, and later findings from the autopsy report were collected in empty admit or acquired slots and marked as subcode "50".  
* This seems to refer to a process that is no longer used, but that itself superseded another process. I have added two headings that are empty for each of the processes. Could someone fill in a brief summary under each? Feel free to change the headings if I misunderstood and the headings I made are not applicable.
