Webmail (or Outlook Web Access) is the tool that Data Collectors use to email each other and the main office. It can be found at

A shortcut to Webmail called "Web Access Outlook" is set up on every new laptop before delivery. If you don't have this shortcut on your desktop, double-click on the following file:

Data collectors should use regular Outlook as installed on the laptops to access their email.

They used to use webmail when they were not logging on as themselves, but since webmail provides only a subset of the functionality of regular outlook it should not be used on the laptops.

For collection staff wanting to access their work email from home computer you can go to:

You will be able to log in under you user name and password. If you have any problems doing this, you contact the p:EHealth ServiceDesk.
