The S_ files and tables are where the content for the standardized drop-downs is stored. S_ stands for "Standardized", in contrast to the [["L" Files]].  
The s-tables in [[CCMDB.accdb]] are where the content for the standardized drop-downs is stored. "S" stands for "Standardized", in contrast to the [[L-tables]].  


There are S_ files on your PDA, which is where HanDBase stores its L_ tables. Copies of these files are located on the desktop PC and on the network in the L_Handbase folder, and there in a subdirectory corresponding to the location of the PDA. The L_ files sync into the L_ tables of the same name in the CCMDB.mdb Access program.  
All changes to s-tables need to be made to the Master version of the CCMDB.accdb and [[Rolling out changes|rolled out]].
