The query Mgmt_CompleteDelays shows the average delay between the Dispo_DtTm and the (SendDtTm).
It can list or graph this over time at either a per-unit, site or program level.
It is used together with other Mgmt queries and the knowledge about the current state of staffing levels and leaves to get an idea about our workflow.
