Oculys is an app used for bed utilization & flow purposes; it will give you information about current occupancy as well as available beds, pending transfers, bed status ie clean/dirty. Off-service beds occupied on each unit are also listed.

*There was an Oculys icon already set up on my laptop, check with Lisa about this as she probably knows how to get it on the HSC laptops? There are two columns one for suspect and one for positive Covid patients. They give you numbers, however they are WARD specific not patient specific. The data that is available at a unit level in Oculys we get as patient level data from Cognos EPR Report, so we don't use Oculys.
