#*click on and open:  Worked Hours for Registerd Nurses (RN's), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPN’s), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s)
#*click on and open: #MNU Reg hours 2011 to 2012 YTD.xls
#Click your cursor in the EMP_NUM (old ID#) or Person ID (new SAP ID#);
#Hold down the “Ctrl” button and then press the “f” key, a search box will then open;
#Enter your employee number in the search box and press “Enter”.   


The database will automatically search the spreadsheet and locate your specific information. The information has been extracted from the Payroll system and is based on hours that have been submitted by the timekeepers for your cost center(s).  Please note: practice hours only (as defined by the registration body) have been included, NOT vacation and income protection hours.
Nurses are reminded to submit their registration renewals within the administrative time frames as outlined by the respective College:

*This report is being provided to assist nurses in completing their 2013 registration renewal forms for the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM), the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM) and the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).  The report contains all worked hours for the year 2011, and those worked from January 1 to September 29, 2012.  Nurses will be required to calculate/estimate their hours for the remainder of September and for the months of October, November and December for reporting purposes.  An opportunity will exist for the next registration renewal to revise reported worked hours should a nurse not work the estimated hours.  No requests for updated worked hours will be accepted by the Payroll Department.

*The Centre will be accessing the on-line registration verification that has been established by CRNM, CRPNM and CLPNM. 
**NB: In order for the on-line verification to be successful, it is important that nurses ensure that the name on file at the Centre matches the one on file with the respective College.  Please confirm your name and Registration Number if there are any discrepencies.
