Legacy Data Only, now uses s_dispo table.
The S_AdmitDischarge table contained the possible values for the Admit From & Discharged To fields in CCMDB.mdb.
Removed from CCMDB.mdb in CCMDB.mdb_Change_Log_2017#2017-12-07-3.
