Do we not need the hospital name in front of interventional radiology? I was missing it because it does not come up when you type in the hospital name.--[[User:LBilesky|LBilesky]] 11:21, 2017 October 27 (CDT)

Interventional Radiology is now an option in the s_dispo table.

This is for any types of radiological intervention, e.g. strokes, renal angio, stents of the biliary duct. It should not be used for Cardiac cath lab.

There are two possible entries:

  • HSC - Interventional Radiology
  • STB - Interventional Radiology

Both are allowed as Previous Location and as Dispo.

Legacy

There used to be only a single option for these, "Interventional Radiology". It was disabled and replaced by HSC and STB specific codes 18:02, 2018 March 20 (CDT).
