This Sub runs when the checkbox for D is checked. It runs many of the other DIC queries, but it also does some checks via VBA:

• makes sure all fields of a dx in old codes are checked
• makes sure that only dx codes appropriate as tasks have type task
• checks that only patients with an MI are getting MI TPA
• checks that pt with admit code panelling or discharge planning has transfer ready dttm = admit dttm
• checks for duplicates
• makes sure there is at least one admit dx
