What is it
The Oculys App can be added to your desktop via eHealth. If the Oculys app needs to be available from home, an individual account needs to be set up through ehealth otherwise is accessible with a site universal user name & password at each site.
Since we get Cognos... we should not bother with this.
How is this accessed?
- Grace has link on desktop
- All sites can acces in Citrix receiver:
- If you open Citrix Receiver and scroll up to a folder that says Oculys. If you click on it to open, you will see 7 individual site, including Regional view also.
Passwords
Everyone needs to get their own site login and password. If you don't have one and want one, talk to p:Trish Ostryzniuk.
COVID info in Oculys
OCULYS lists total and ward numbers for COVID-19 infected and suspected patients, but doesn't provide patient level info. There are two columns one for suspect and one for positive Covid patients.
