Setting up a new collector
The Manager submits an ACTM form to Service Desk as part of the Hiring a New Data Collector process.
- check off EPR box and under Role put: set up alternate account, xxdc (see also Data collector xxdc account for EPR)
- Access Web Reports
- On the form at the bottom in the comment section: Please setup as a "WRHA regional data collector" account to be generated as per information including Data Collector Role in the Account Management Instructions that are on file in eHealth.
