- click on trust center (bottom of left panel)
- click Trust center options button (bottom right)
- click Trusted locations
- make sure checkbox for Allow trusted locations on my network is checked (in the bottom of window)
- make sure there is a line with "\\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\REGION\Shared\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\", and subfolders checked, add if not.
In Access 2003
Access 2003 is installed on PCs set up in the past, for any newly set up ones use instructions #In Access 2010. To stop those errors from happening every time you open CCMDB.mdb, and to prevent malfunction, do the following:
- Open CCMDB.mdb
- The following message appears ...
- Security Warning: Unsafe expressions are not blocked.
- Do you want to block unsafe expressions?
- Click "No" to ignore the error and continue anyway.
- The following message appears ...
- Security Warning:
- This file may not be safe IF it contains code that was intended to harm your computer.
- Do you want to open this file or cancel the operation.
- Click the "Open" button to continue.
- Click Tools menu, Macro, change security to "Low", click OK.
While in here, for consistency, also:
- set menus to always show all (Tools, Customize, Always show full menus)
