Push pull vbs scripts not working Aug 14.14

• add running of PHI updates to the push/puller so the data pulled is complete.

    • we had a glitch with this on Thursday where Pagasa ended up with inconsistent numbers of records in phi and centralized. Luckily, a re-push and pull fixed it and should fix it in futuer. That should not have happened, though, so monitoring this. Ttenbergen 11:12, 2014 September 8 (CDT)

Review Pagasa's backup process

Tina - review backup process - there is the backup to X of PHI and centralized when push and pull script run but also a backup1.bat (3 in one), that puts copy of centralize.mdb on M, copy of TMSX dat and MedTMS dat but does nothing with PHI. Centralized is backed up in two places but PHI only in one.

• TISS28 data specifications Views and completeness for form checking. Include those that Pagasa is using printed out registry list to manually check TISS before scanning. Doesn't really need to be on here, it's in the potential change list. That makes me think, though. Trish and Tina ought to go through that category and the "bugs" category to see if any individual articles are actually a higher priority.
