At least twice now records that had been set to "vetted" in Centralized_data.mdb got reverted to "sent".

First occurrence

Don't know when this happened or any details, but Pagasa and Julie say they discussed it at the time.

Second occurrence

Records sent in week of 2014-sep-10 for HSC D3 B5 were reverted to "sent"

  • Pagasa has a backup copy to show that these were indeed set to vetted
  • these were sent in the middle of the send window, not at beginning or end
  • we could not think of any causes for this so we decided to document for now and see if this happens again
