The CCMDB.mdb and our sent data are located on the Regional Server which is at STB. Due to the way this server is accessed at HSC, some people refer to the Regional Server as "Twister". The Regional Server is maintained by Lorne Mansky from eHealth. If there are problems accessing the regional server, contact the eHealth ServiceDesk, and they will generate a work order for Lorne.

Server / Share names

At all hospitals other than HSC, the Regional Server is accessed as

  • \\sbghnwfs0102\nssvol1\shared\icu_Data_Collection\

At HSC, the Regional Server used to be accessed exclusively via the gateway Twister. It is now possible to access it directly as at the other hospitals, but some people are still set up to use the old way to access it. So, HSC users will access the Regional Server at one of the following paths:

  • \\Twister\icu\
  • \\sbghnwfs0102\nssvol1\shared\icu_Data_Collection\

Requesting Access to the Regional Server

To request access to our share on the regional server from eHealth, this form needs to be filled out, signed by the project manager and sent in as per instructions on the form.
