The CCMDB wiki can only be edited by registered users. If you are a registered user, you can log on by clicking on the "log on" link at the top right corner of the WIKI page.

  • Trish or Tina must first set you up as a registered user before you can LOGIN and edit or add discussions to the WIKI.
  • if you are not a registered user, you can look at articles on our WIKI but you cannot edit or add any discussions.
  • for a list of registered users, see Special pages, user list. On this list you will find your USERNAME.


  • If you don't know your password,
    • click on log in link at the top right corner of the WIKI page
    • enter your user name
    • click the 'email password' button & WIKI will send a password to your hospital email account.
    • go to your hospital email account to retrieve your password.
    • log in, and change your password under my preferences
  • To see a picture of how a registered user can get a password sent from the WIKI to their work email inbox go to: New WIKI user password. Items are circled in pink. NOTE: If PDF is to small to view, you can zoom in on this screen.
