The L_CCI_Component subform in the ICD10 tab of the Patient Viewer is used for CCI collection.

Form elements
Header:
- button to sort alphabetically
- button to sort by date
Body:
- CCI_1_Code
- CCI_2_Code
- #CCI_Chooser (the "?" button)

- "*" button to set Px_Date to today
- "+" button to increase Px_Date by one day
